The Philips SHP805 is a full ear covering headphone. It is marketed in the economy range in Europe. It offers excellent performance for its price. The phones are somewhat comfortable and does not cause discomfort after extended period of use. The cable is 5m long and comes with 3.5 mm to 6.3 mm adapters. Those with a very good ear might want to use an equaliser as the default configuration is not a flat, but rather a V. Noise insulation is not really on the high side, but is good enough if you're in your own room. Overall a good pick for its price.
