I used to use stayfree sanitary pads for quite sometimes but then i changed over to a different brand sicne i was nor comfortable with it.  According to the company's marketing tactics Stayfree sanitary pad as got channels. Stayfree are outlined by small liners on the sides and front of the pads and these are called Channels.  And these liners are meant to keep the sanitary pad dry.  These channels avoid spilling of fluid over the sides, front, and back of the pad,  but not succeded in keeping dry.
